of the Morrison lot to be deeded to Mr. Dorr.

A certain lot,or parcel of land situated in that part of
Town of Eden "known as Bar Harbor, and bounded and de-
scribed as follows, viz:- - Beginning at a stone post set in
the ground in the east line of a lot of land formerly of
E. H. Greely and others known as the "Cemetery Lot", and
from thence running North 7 00' East, twenty-four (24)
feet to the center of Kebo Brook; thence in a straight line
South 53° 30' East, five hundred and fifty-one (551) feet
to a point in the center of said Kebo Brook, said point
bearing South 70 West and is nine and four tenths (9.4)
feet distant from a stone post set in the ground in the
north bank of the brook, and in the east line of land of
the grantor herein, formerly of Nathan Ash; thence follow-
ing the north line of land of George B. Dorr, formerly of
Nathan Ash, by its various courses and distances, to the

northwest corner of said lot; thence following the east
line of said lot South 700' West, eight hundred and

seventy-six (876) feet; thence North 82 030 West two huno
dred and eighty and five tenths (280.5) feet to a stake

paid by George B. Dorr of said Eden,
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do hereby gibe, grant,
bargain, sell and conbey unto the said
George B. Dorr his
Heirs and Assigns forever,
a certain lot or parcel of land situated in Bar Harbor and bounded
and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at an iron bolt in the
center of the brook at the Northeast corner of a lot formerly
owned by the Nickerson heirs and later by Everard H. Greely and by
the said Greely conveyed to William M. Roberts and others, thence

following the Eastern line said lot South 6° 30 West one thousand
and nine (1009) feet to a cedar stake; thence South 83° 30' East
two hundred and eighty and five tenths (280.5) feet to a cedar stake;
thence North 6° 30' East seven hundred and ninety one feet (791)
to a cedar stake near a spotted birch tree; thence South 83° 30'
East sixteen (16) feet to the center of the brook; thence following
the center of the brook to place of beginning and containing six
acres more or less,
Being the same premises described as conveyed in a certain
warranty deed from Fountain and Serenus H. Rodick to me the said
Charles C. Morrison dated January 11, 1896 and recorded in the
Hancock County Maine Registry of Deeds July 6, 1896 in Book 303
Page 82.
To habe and to hold the aforegranted and bargained premises,
with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof to the said
George B. Dorr and his
