AGREEMENT made and entered into this sixteenth day of May, 1927, by and between George B. Dorr, party of the first part, and the Morrell Park Association, party of the second part, for the maintenance and use of water pipe connecting with the six inch pipe laid by the Bar Harbor Water Company over land belonging to the party of the first part near the Schooner Head Roadjand extending to the motor road east of Morrell Park leading to the National Park automobile campground, to which point the party of the first part will lay and maintain a water pipe of sufficient size for their joint use and give the party of the second part the privilege to connect therewith a pipe for water supply to Morrell Park. And the party of the second part agrees to the laying and maintaining by the party of the first part of a water pipe, concealed beneath the surface of the ground, westward and southward as far as to beyond the western end of the grandstand bordering the race track and thence northward and westward to the Otter Creek Road, for the purpose of supplying the land beyond belonging to the party of the first part and that which he has given to the public through the agency of the National Park. It is further understood and agreed that the afore- said agreement may be terminated by either party to it upon six months notice.
