KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Maud S. Trank,
of Southwest Herbor, Hancock County, Maine, in consideration of
one dollar and other valuable considerations paid by George B.
Dorr of Par Harbor, in said County, the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge, do hereby GIVE, GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND
CONVEY, unto the said George B. Dorr, his hoirs and assigns for-
ever, two certein lots or parcels of land, the first being
located in Southwest Harbor, aforesaid and the second being
Southwest Harbor
located in Tremont, County and State, aforecaid, and being more
particularly described as follows:-
First Lot. A certain lot or parcel of land situated in
Southwest Herbor, aforeenid, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner bound of that part of the home-
stead lot of the late Isanc Herrick, which is now or was formerly
occupied by William Herrick, said corner being within about three
feet of a two trunked tree "blazed"; thonce running northerly
about fifty rods to $ blazed spruce tree at the base of the
steepest rise of the mountain; thence following the said base
line westerly about twenty-five rode to the eastern line at J. B.
Mason's corner bound of a lot numbered 104 on the plan of Salem
Town, Jr.. mode A.D. 1808, which lot No. 104 vas owned by
Senuel Herrick; thence following said lot No. 104, southwesterly
to the northern line of said Isaac Herrick homestead lot, near the
east side of the lerge rook marked "B"; thence following said
homestead line aasterly about fifty rods to the first mentioned
bound, containing ten acres, more or less.
Second Lot. A certain lot or pareel of land situated in
Tremont, aforesaid, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the highway loading from Southwest Herbor to Beach
Hill, at a point in the lodge marked with en iron bolt, and
the letter "B" about forty two rods northwardly from the bed of
the so-called "Horse Tavern" brook where it oros. said high-
way; thence running westerly twenty rode to bolt in the main
bluff; thence northerly and parellel with said highway twenty rods
to a bolt in the base or said ma in bluff; thence easterly twenty
trods to said highway, also marked with a bolt, thence following
said highway southerly twenty rods to the first mentioned bounds,
containing two and one half seres more or less, together with a
"right of way" from the western side of said lot to the top of
Recchhill Mountain.
TO HAVIS AND TO HOLD the aforegrented and bargained premises
with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said
Georre B. Dorr, his hoirs and assigns, to hie and their use and bo-
hoof forever.
AND I DO COVENANT with the seid Grantee, his heirs and assigns,
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the premises, that they are
free of all incurabrances; that I have good right to sell and convey
the same to the said Grantee to hold as aforesaid; and that I and
my heirs shall and will WARRANT AND DEFEND the same to the said
Granteo, his heirs and assigns forever, against thelawful claims
and demands of all persons.

leaving as her heirs her daughter, Maud E.Trask, and
her two granddaughters, Hilda Snell and Marjory Mason.
Maud E.Trask was appointed Executrix as the

and testament of Mary J. Mason late of Southwest Harbor
in said County, deceased, was proved, a pproved and al-
lowed by the Judge of Probate for said County, at a
Court held at Ellsworth on the 17th day of May 1932;
and that the following is a true copy of so much of
said will as devises Real Estate in the County afore-
said.

Beginning on the highway leading from South
West Harbor to Beach Hill, at a point in the ledge
marked with an iron bolt, and the letter B about forty
two rods northeardly from the bed of the so called "Horse
Tavern" brook where it crosses said highway thence run-
ning westerly twenty rods to bolt in the main bluff,
thence northerly and parallel with said highway twenty
rods to a bolt in the base of said main bluff, thence
easterly twenty rods to said highway, also marked with
a bolt, thence following said highway southerly twenty
rods to the first mentioned bounds, containing two and
one half acres, more or less, together with a "right
of way" from the western side of said lot to the top
of Beechhill mountain.
