Letter to the President from FLAG, March 22, 1980

Letter to the President informing him of the formation of FLAG. FLAG is also outraged to know that private negotiations are ongoing with the Shah. They oppose the Shah being brought to the United States or being moved to a U.S. Military Hospital. This they feel will harm the chances of getting the hostages out of Iran. FLAG feels the United States Government is being insensitive to the feelings of the hostages, their families, and the American people. They have polled most of the hostage families and they agree with the statements made in this letter.
