Draft Letter March 21, 1980

This is a draft of a letter written by Bonnie Graves. In it she calls on the U.S. Congress to take action to get the hostages released. Congress needs to inform the Iranian Government of the time and substance of hearings into the hostage crisis. She feels these actions would reassure the American public that a resolution is in keeping with the founding values of this nation. It would also prove to the Iranian Parliment that the U.S. seeks and equitable resolution and will not bow to terrorism.
