Letter informing hostage families that an independant group has been formed to help the hotages and their families. The letter outlines the purpose of FLAG and the hope that they will join FLAG. There is a second page which appears to be a draft of a letter to the American people sent to someone named Joe by mistake. The inscription he writes at he bottom reads: Louisa, Some how this excellent statement was omitted from the packet mailed to you yesterday. Love, Joe.
