The FLAG Constitution

This document lays out the rational for the: the name of the organization, objectives, membership, how if will be governed, who shall serve as officers and how they will be chosen and their duties, appointment of committees and their roll, due/donations, meetings, use of quorums, use of polling/ voting guidelines, amendments, confidentiality, dismissal of board members, ratification of constitution.
