The letter talks about the contnued problems with mail distrbution and getting the wanted letters through instread of letters from people they don't know. He mentions books that he has been reading and comments on the author's preceptions. Comcludes the letter by saying that his morale is good and that he will send all the mail through Louisa to pass on to others.
