COA’s largest residential building, Collins House, was dedicated in June of 2024. The building houses 46 students, with a communal kitchen and common room on the first floor and two stories of dormitories above. The dormitory is the college’s most sustainable student residence building to date. It was dedicated in honor of the college’s 7th president, Darron Collins, who had resigned the year before.
