W. Ralph Emerson design for Lathrop, Brian. Summer residence completed in 1892. Later altered by W. Ralph Emerson and Holabird and Roche c. 1895 (based on similar style to Olmset House). Destroyed 1980. Contractor was A.O. Moulton.
