He wears a dark jacket and vest with braid trim, a white shirt with stand.up collar and a plaid necktie. Card is marked: C. G. Carleton, No.66 Main St., Waterville, Me. The back of the card has a Carleton Portraits logo and handwritten at the top, "Arthur E. Bicknell, Belfast, Maine."
