Describes history of Seaside Inn and of the land, originally owned by "Bingham heirs" or John Bracy. Examples of early advertisement for the inn, menus, document showing transfer of land to James Clements by the Barings of London. Early photographs; lists of names of those who worked there; written memories. Seaside Inn opened in 1869 and was demolished in 1964.
