my Dear Sir:
This town is to build a School house in
the spring
The committee want drawings showing
basement, floor plans and Elevation for a brick
building with slated roof :- Three Class soons,
corridor and wasdrobes on first floor.
Three class soomo, corridor, wardrobes, Teachers
room and principals office on Second floor..
On one of the floors a classroom for 70
pupils and two class rooms for 40 pupils each
and on the then floor three class rooms of
equal size rooms to be connected each with
the other by large doors.
The building to be modern in every respect
and substantial but economically planned
The amt should not exceed $18000 or 20000,
Entrance in front to be so placed that an
addition of two rooms may be made to
front without destroying symmetry of
building.
Plans with explanations
must be submitted by Feb. 1st. 1902 and file
of charge.
