This file contains plans, elevations and details for a house and subsequent alterations and additions. This contains early pencil on tracing paper plans and elevations. Ink on linen plans, elevations and exterior and interior details ( some on tracing paper). Included in this file are three plans as blue print for the "Cedars" by architect T.E.Billquist of Pittsburg Pa. who may have been the original architect since Mr. Guthrie was from Pittsburg,Pa. Specifications are included and contracts with a contractor R.H. Moon from 1904 File contains material from 1901 to 1912.
