Measuring Tool
Probably used for measuring length of bore in granite. Marked, “Trademark MIDGE pat. Jan 7 1913.” Tool unfolds to reveal two extending rods. One with three extensions, another with three extensions but probably missing at least one. Kept in leather case with snap. Case slightly worn in spots. Green marks on tool where snap on case has corroded. Information provided by donor from Hall Quarry.
