Use unknown. Long wooden piece tapers to rounded point at bottom. Two holes drilled in wood. Narrower piece of wood at top with wooden pin inserted. 2009: Skip Brack at Liberty Tool Museum does not know how this would have been used . thought it was probably intended for a very specific use.
