I, Thomas Mourkas, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, being of full age, in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations to me paid by Angela Kaufman, now commorant of Bar Harbor, Hancock County, Maine, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and dis- charge the said Angela Kaufman from any and all claims, demands, actions and causes of action of every name and nature which I now have or might have upon or against said Angela Kaufman, and particularly releasing her from any and all liability arising out of any contracts, interests or ownership in connection with owning or leasing and operating a restaurant and hotel at Bar. Harbor aforesaid, or any interest in any mutually owner corpor- ation, particularly the Sunset Restaurant Inc., for any contracts for employment and all other agreements that may have been made between me and the said Angela Kaufman in all matters to this date, and particularly the agreement of March 30, 1935.
