KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Angela C Kaufman of the City, County, and State of New York, Lessee under a certain indenture dated November 14, 1934 and recorded in the Hancock County, Maine, Registry of Deeds in Book 649, Page 23, as amended by agreement dated July 26, 1935 and recorded in said Registry in Book 649, Page 424, in con- sideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations to me paid by Sunset Hotel & Restaurant, Inc., a corporation or- ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine and having its established place of business at Bar Harbor, Hancock County, Maine, do hereby Grant and Assign to said Sunset Hotel & Restaurant, Inc., the lease above referred to, together with all the privileges and conditions therein contained, and I do covenant that I have not done, and will not do, any act by which said lease may be impaired. And It, the said Sunset Hotel & Restaurant, Inc., does hereby agree with said Angela C. Kaufman that it will pay the rents and perform the covenants in said lease, and will comply fully with its terms and conditions, and will indemnify said Angela C. Kaufman against the same.
