MEMO TO APPLICANTS FOR SUMMER MALT LIQUOR LICENSES Summer malt liquor licenses can be issued to hotels, restaurants and clubs for the months of July, August and September. The license fee is $50.00. In addition to the above mentioned license fee you are required to mail with your application a separate check in the amount of $10.00 for filing fee. The person to whom a summer license is is- sued shall not sell malt liquors, or conduct any other business on said licensed premises during the months of October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May and June. Your application for license should be filed with the municipal officers of your city or town as promptly as possible so that public notice of hear- ing can be printed in a daily or county paper, and hear- ing held for the consideration of application. (See Section 25, Chapter 237, of the Public Laws of 1937.) Please prepare your application carefully answering all questions in detail, and state opening date and closing date of your place for the sale of malt liquors, or for any other business.
