2003 College of the Atlantic Commencement Materials
These are materials from the thirty-first commencement ceremony at College of the Atlantic, held on June 7, 2003. The first image is the invitation card sent to graduating seniors, faculty, and advisors, inviting them to a garden tea party at Beatrix Farrand Gardens to celebrate senior project completion. The invitation card is decorated with an illustrated border depicting pink and purple lilacs, credited to Ellen Blonder. The second image is the invitation card to the commencement ceremony. It has a watercolor painting in blue and earth tones that resembles the view of the ocean and land from one of Mount Desert Island's mountains. The art is credited to Alana Beard, '03, and the invitation was printed on recycled paper.
