Family Register

Bound manuscript: Family Register. By Reverend Jonathan Fisher ,March 1836. (With a few additions by others at a later date.) 100 pages of genealogical records relating to Blue Hill before 1836, with some historical facts added. Restored and rebound by Frank Teagle and Roland Howard. Mr. Howard requested as a condition of the gift that it would not be made available for general use in searches for genealogical data or other similar handling. He suggested that it be kept in a safe deposit box at a local bank and it only be brought out for special exhibits. Copies were made(paid for by Howard and Teagle) and distributed to several places: Town Clerk, Town Office (2) - all three were photocopies. The library of the Latter Day Saints (Mormons) at Salt Lake City and the State Library were both provided with microfilm copies. This book was digitized by The Blue Hill Public Library in April 2023. Both the library and the Fisher Homestead have digital copies.
