Proposal to the Town of Blue Hill

To the inhabitants of the Town of Bluehill, The subscriber presents the follow proposal, viz. to accept of thirty dollars to be paid annually by the 13th of July for six ensuing years after the present in lieu of felling & clearing five acres of land annually on his plot for that term of time. By accepting this proposal, or those previously made, the Town will oblige their friend & servant Jonathan Fisher. (Proposal was accepted per letter in 2003.001.040.)
