"At a church meeting convened at the dwelling of Joseph Wood on Tuesday the 27th of June 1820, for the purpose of ascertaining the truth respecting some reports in circulation which are injurious to the character of Mrs. Fisher, and which are said to have been repeated by Mr. Daniel Faulkner, the following testimonies were given affirming that the reports aforementioned were circulated by Mr. D.
