Hebrew Bible published in 1705. This is the actual Bible painted by the Rev. Jonathan Fisher in his self-portraits. Seasonally exhibited in the Parlor in a plexiglass case. Biblia Hebraica Secundum ultimam Editionem. Jos. Athiae A. Johanne Leusden Recognitam Aliosque Codices Optimos Recensita varusque Notis illustrata ab Everardo van der Hooght V.D.M. Typed note reads: "This Hebrew Bible was published in 1705. Notes written on the cover and in the margins indicate that: 1. It was owned by a John Brown in 1722. 2. Jonathan Fisher purchased it for $2.00 in 1796. 3. Jonathan Fisher repaired it in 1822. 4. He finished reading it in 1829. 5. It later belonged to Pascal Kittredge, grandson of Jonathan Fisher. Book is broken at spine.
