That I, Edward B. Wyman, of Ellsworth, Hancock County, Maine,
for myself and as Attorney for Julia C. Wyman, Julia A. Wyman,
CIVIL
and George B. Wyman of the State of New Hampshire and George F. Clark
holden and stand firmly bound and obliged unto Boog

in the full and just sum of Seven Hundred Dollars

The Condition of this Obligation is such, that whereas,

all the real estate as conveyed by Joshua Sawyer to L. B. Wyman,
of all land east of Seal Cove Pond, meaning and intending to
convey all of our interests in and to all the real estate owned by
L. B. Wyman at the time of his decease as conveyed to him by
Joshua Sawyer, and lying on the western side of Western Mountain,
so-called.
and whereas the said
S. R. Clark
in consideration thereof
agreed to pay to said
Edward B. Wyman and his
heirs, executors, or administrators
the sum of Seven Hundred
Dollars, providing said lot of land does
exceed three hundred
and
acres, and for every aore over and above said three hundred
acres, the said Clark is to pay to the said Wyman the sum of
one dollar per acre.

Now, if after the payment of said Seven Hundred Dollars or more
before or at the time the same shall become due, and at the re-
quest of the said S. R. Clark, his
heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, the said

heirs, executors or administrators, shall make, execute,
and deliver to said

R. Clark, his
heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, a good and sufficient
Quit Claim
deed of said real estate, clear of
incumbrances,
then this obligation shall be void, otherwise remain in full force
and virtue.
Said Wyman
to have possession of said premises until he shall have failed to
perform the condition of this bond.

State of Mai ne, individually in my own right and as attorney duly
authorized of record for Julia C. Wyman, widow of Levi B.Wyman,
Julia A. Wyman, George B. Wyman, unmarried, all of Conway, New
Hampshire and George F.Clark unmarried of Tremont, County of Han-
cock and State of Maine, in consideration of one dollar and other
valuable considerations paid by Schuyler R. Clark of Southwest
Harbor, County of Hancock and State of Maine, the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge, do hereby REMISE, RELEASE, BARGAIN, SELL
AND CONVEY, and forever QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Schuyler R.Clark,
his heirs and assigns forever, a certain not or parcel of land sit-
uated on the East side of Seal Cove Pond in the Town of Tremont,
County of Hancock and State of Mai ne, called the Mountain Lot,
bounded and described as follows, to wit:- bounded on the north
by land formerly owned by S. H.Robbins, bounded on the East by the
crest or ridge of the Western Mountain, bounded on the South by a
lot formerly called the "Tinker Lot", bounded on the west by land
formerly owned by Benjamin Atherton, and Seal Cove Pond containing
two hundred and fifty (250) acres more or less.
Being the same premises described in two deeds to Levi B.
Wyman, namely, Caleb H. Sawyer to Levi B. Wyman by deed dated, June
8, 1863, and recorded in Hancock County, Maine, Registry of Deeds,
October 28, 1863, in Book 118, Page 175, also deed of Benjamin
Sawyer to Levi B. Wyman by deed dated August 5. 1882, and recorded
in said Registry, August 9, 1882, in Book 181, Page 331.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him, the said Schuyler R.
Clark, his heirs and assigns forever.
AND we do COVENANT with the said Schuyler R. Clark, his heirs
and assigns, that we will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the premises
to nim, the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming, by, through
or under us or either of us.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Edward B. Wyman, (widower)
individually as aforesaid and we the said Julia C. Wyman, widow
of Levi B. Wyman, Julia A. Wyman, unmarried, George B. Wyman, un-
