Stabbins, dated Coptem CI 27, 1910, recorded in said Registry book 474, page 252. 533-101 -6 This conveyance is also made expressly subject to all rights, privileges and easements granted to Mery K. Sodgwick by deed from Hattie M. Lynum dated May 25, 1907, and recorded May 27, 1907, in book 440, page 259, and also by deed from said Lynam to said Sedgwick dated Decen- ber 3, 1909, recorded in said Registry in book 466, page 31. This conveyance is expressly subject also to all and the same restrictions especially created ' nd de- scribed in the said first deed from said Lynem to said Sedgwick, all of which are referred to with the same effect 6.5 if incorporated herein, the s.m. havin been created by the said Hattie M. Lyness for the benefit of said property conveyed to Sodgwick. And all burdens and oblig tions resting upon the said Hattic M. Lynara as owner of said restricted property are hereby transferred to nd assumed by the grantee herein, who undertakes by the acceptance of this deed in the case 01 conveyance by him of the granted premises the deeds shall contain proper clauses requiring and binding his grantees, their heirs and assigns, to observe the same restrictions and per."orm the same covenants in respect of suidproperty; but the 533-101 -7 grantee shall not in any event be liable for any breach of such restrictions and covenants on the part of any (grantee of his or the heirs or assims of such grantee, said property being taken by the grantee herein subject to the same burdens and restrictions created by the said Hattie M. Lynam in said deed to Sedgwick and none other, and with no additional personal liability of any kind being assumed by the grantec herein. Also conveying tb the grantee herein and his heirs and assigns all rights of way and other easements reserved by the said Hattie M. Lynam by either of her aforesaid doods to Sedgwick in favor of her said remoin- ing land, such rights and easements to be used in common by the grantee herein, his heirs and assigns, Mary K. Sedgwick, her heirs and assi ns, and by other persons having similar rights. The grantor herein also hereby conveys all her right, title and interest in and to the fee of the Moore road or Clarke road above referred to, bounding on the west said property above described, subject, however, to the rights of all persons having rights of way or other easements therein.
