HANCOCK, ss.---To the Sheriffs of our respective Counties, or either of their Deputies,
GREETING;
WE COMMAND You to attach the goods or estate of Addie R. Duren of Cranberry
Isles, in the County of Hancock, and State of Maine,
to the value of
one hundred
dollars; and summon the said
Defendant (if She may be found in your precint) to appear before our Justice of the SUPREME
TUDICTAL COURT next to he holden-in Ellsworth within and for OUF County of Hancock.on the
fourth
Tuesday of
April
next, then and there in our said Court
to answer unto
William E. Duren of Bar Harbor, in said County of Han-
cock, and State of Maine, in has libel for divorce inserted
in this writ,

To the Honorable Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court,
next to be holden at Ellsworth, in and for said County of Han-
cook, and State of Maine, on the fourth Tuesday of April A. D.
1922.
RESPECTFULLLY REPRESENTS William E. Duren of Bar Harbor,
in said County of Hancock, husband of Addie E. Duren of Cranberry
Isles, in said County of Hancock; that he was lawfully married
to the said Addie R. Duren, whose maiden name was Addie E.
Stanley, at Ellsworth, in said County of Hancock, on the tenth
day of October A. D. 1906, by the Reversar John P. Simonton,
a Minister of the Gosnel; that your Libelant and his said wife
lived together as husband and wife at said Cranberry Islea
from the date of their said marriage until November 2nd, A.D.
1913; that your Libelant has always conducted himself toward
his said wife as a faithful, true and affectionate husband;
that on said second day of November A. D. 1913, the said Addie
utterly
utter
E. Duren deserted your Libelant and that said, desertion has con-
consecutive
tinued for three years, next prior to the filing of this libel;
that there is no collusion between your Libelant and his said
wife to obtain a divorce.
WHEREFORE he prays that a divorce may be decreed between
him, your Libelant, and the said Addie E. Duren for the cause
above set forth.
Dated at Bar Harbor this third day of January A. D. 1922.
