Merrill Stanley family genealogy

Merrill "Boots" Stanley family genealogy notes. They built Bill Goldberg's house from lumber from three houses down on Fish Point. Harvey Stanley was father of Gertrude Schmidt. Merrill lived here until 1940. Note says Boots married again to Georgie(Phil Whitney believes he married Minnie. Confusing, not sure who authored this or when (probably after 1972). Perhaps talking about Bill Goldberg's house. (Is this Louise Millar's handwriting?) Unknown donor
