Medals. Four military pins in a black leather case with 'AIR MEDAL' imprinted in gold on case. These pins would have been worn on a uniform shirt: one red and white pin, one ribbon board with three ribbons and four oak leaves, one blue and gold ribbon with eagle/sun medal attached.
