Wooden shoe form with note: "This shoe form came from Lewis Ladd's house now Robin Swains." Also on the note: "The key ring came from Lew Stanleys now the Heliker Lahotan Foundation" - no key ring in box this date. Both of these are from Gaile Colby 5Jan2009
