Monsignors Bahtch-kiss and Rigali might well be the most immediately helpful guys you could talk to as they would be aware of everything on the Iran matter, and handling some of it themselves most probably. Regular matters concerning Iran are dealt with through the Sacred Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples: Head of this is Cardinal Agnello Rossi.
