Letter to Katherine Keough from Charles R. Figley saying he is angry to find out that she is refusing to send out the letter and questionaire he sent over two months ago. He feels her/FLAG's job is to forward mail to the hostages and their families and not to screen it. He refutes Katherine's claim that the questionaire was developed without the full imput of all the Task Force on Families of Catastrophe's membes. Charles suggest using a third party mediator, National Organization for Victim Assistance in resolving issues of misrepresentation.
