The ability of FLAG members to talke out loans from FLAG intrest free to be repaid 6 months after the return of the hostage.
Katherine Keough telephone conversation with Prime Minister Rajai after their meeting in New York, Topics discussed with him: suffering of hostage families, need to improve communication, phone calls, with hostages, need to release hostages. Gave a report of her conversation to State Department. Another planned phone call with him next week, asks what actions she should be taking.
