Christmas card sent to Louisa with a note written inside letting her know Perle has just learned that Mike is one of the hostages. She offers sympathy and hopes that by the time Louisa gets the Christmas card that Mike is home safe. Perle wishes there was something she could do to help.

7.25x4 inches card, 4.25x7.25inches envelope
The envelope is a pale purple plaid pattern, the card shows a picture of a stain glass window with three angels playing musical intruments. The inside greeting is written in Spanish and the personal note is written in blue script on the left hand side.
The envelope shows signs of a discororation on the edges.
