W. Ralph Emerson design for Samuel E. Lyon (occupied by John DeKoven). Summer residence, destroyed circa 1939. Reported cost of $10,000. Newspapers suggest it was designed by John E. Clark, but clearly based on the design for Brookend, and for the same client. Contractor was J.E. Clark; G.L. Wescott, masonry.
