Two and one.half story historic Nathan Salisbury house in Somesville (once owned by Stan and Binnie MacDonald) . White clapboard with dark shutters. Large addition on back. Covered porch across front of house.Several trees on front lawn one in back of house. Telephone poles and large trees line snow covered road. Marked on back, “now MacDonald house formerly Lewis Somes house not Mt. Desert house as Virginia says.” Also marked, “Mt. Desert House, bought by Rev. Manning.” Part crossed out.
