Northeast Harbor Fleet Dock and Clubhouse
This 11 by 14 inch black and white photograph is a copy of a Ballard photograph. The print is of the Northeast Harbor Fleet dock and clubhouse. There is a beached A boat named the Nevis by the side of the dock. An adult is working on the hull, it looks like he is painting the bottom. Three other males, of various ages, are by the boat. In front of the clubhouse are two men talking. One is sitting astride a bicycle. There are other bicycles near these two men. Nautical flags are flying and there is an old car parked on the road. The car is from the late 40's early 50's vintage. Judging from the subjects, the car and the size of the clubhouse, this photo was taken before the late 1960's.
