An Auto.less Summer Resort

Collection consists of three boxes of archival files donated by the Seal Harbor Library pertaining to the history of Seal Harbor village and Acadia National Park. An itemized summary of each boxes' contents is enclosed in each box. This is a letter of sorts addressed to the "Voters, Cottagers, and Hotel Guests in the Town of Mount Desert, Present and to Come" giving those who read it a rational for the decision to ban cars.
