KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I Geo.R.Fuller of Southwest Harbor in the County of Hancock and State of Maine, administrator of the estate of Francis M. Robinson, late of Tremont in said County of Hancock , deceased, intestate ,having obtained a license from the Judge of Probate for the County of Hancock at a probate Court begun and held at Ellsworth in and for said County on the sixth day of October A.D.I925, to sell and convey the whole of the real estate of the said Francis M. Robinson therein described, Now therefore , I, the said Geo.) R. Fuller , by virtue of the power and authority in me vested as aforesaid, and in the consideration of twenty dollars paid by Caroline Ashley of said Tremont, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged , do hereby sell and convey unto the said Caroline Ashley and her heirs and assigns the following described lot or parcel of land in said Tremont and bounded and des- cribed as follows to wit; - Beginning at a small marked tree, near a a large dead pine at the foot of the "Little Mountain", so called , and on the line of land formerly owned by Benjamin Sawyer and Levi B. Wyman, thence running southerly seventeen rods to a spotted maple tree in the north line of what was formerly W.W.A.Heath's land, thence following said Heath line westerly seventy four and three fourths rods to a large spruce tree, thence northerly seventeen rods to a pile of stones, thence easterly and parallel to said South line seventy four and three fourths rods to the first mentioned bound containing seven and seven eights acres more or less.
