White china with gold three leaf clover and stripe. Sugar bowl, creamer and teapot have a footed base. Cups have clovers on bottom along with saucers and plates. Eleven saucers, eight cups, six plates. Donor info . the set belonged to Daniel Somes and was used in the Mount Desert House when he lived there between 1832 and 1882.
