Bottle Capper
This item is a bottle capper. Along the side of the supporting arm are these words imprinted in the metal " INDESTRO MFG CO CHICAGO". It is about 19 inches high. There are four holes in the base for mounting on a work surface. There is a grooved rubber disc on the base which has the same logo as the supporting arm with the addition of "USA". There is a handle which can raise or lower the capping device. The capping device is rusty.
