KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Angela C. Kaufman, of the City, County and State of New York, in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations, paid by Mark Perlinsky, of Bar Har- bor, Hancook County, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby ac- knowledged, do hereby Grant, Sell, Transfer and Deliver, unto the said Mark Perlinsky, the following goods and chattels, namely: All of the furniture, furnishings and fixtures on the second and third floors of the Sunset Hotel and Restaurant, Inc., building, for- morly the Perlinsky Block, situated on the west side of Main Street, in the village of Bar Harbor, Town of Bar Harbor, County and State sfore- said, according to the inventory hereunto attached, which is expressly made a part of this instrument, together with the linoleum on the first floor of said building, also including all bathroom and plumbing fix- tures on said second and third floors of said building. The said Angela C. Kaufman, for the same consideration, hereby agrees to fix the walls of the first floor of said building, where the mirrors have been removed, and behind the settees. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said goods and chattels to the said Mark Perlinsky, his executors, administrators and assigns, to their own use and behoof forever. AND I hereby COVENANT with the said Mark Perlinsky that I am the lawful owner of the said goods and chattels; that they are free from all incumbrances; that I have good right to sell the same as aforesaid; and that I will WARRANT AND DEFEND the same unto him, the said Mark Perlinsky, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
