GREETING:

dollars: and summon
the said Defendante (if they may be found in your precinct) to appear before our Judge of
the Harbor Court, within and for said County of Hancock, to be holden at
the
Municipal Bar Municipal day of september said Court to
Court Room in Bar Harbor, on, the first Wednesday
A. D. 1938 at ten of the clock in the forenoon, then and there in our
answer unto mark Pulinsky find Bar Harbol
In a plea of forcible entry and detainer; for that the said
Angela C. Kaufman and the Sunset Hotel and Restaurant, Inc., at said
Bar Harbor, on the tenth day of September, A. D. 1938, having before
that time had lawful and peaceable entry into the lands and tonements
of the said Mark Perlinsky, situated in the village of Bar Harbor, town
of Bar Harbor aforesaid, to wit, a certain lot or parcel of land, with
the building thereon, known as the Perlinsky Block, and situated on the
western side of Main Street in said Bar Harbor, and bounded on the east
by Main Street; on the south by the West End Drug Company: on the west
by the Rodick Realty Company, or a right of way; and on the north by the
Harmon Piano Company, and whose ostate in the premises was determined on
the tenth day of September aforesaid, then did and still does forcibly
and unlawfully refuse to quit the same; although the plaintiff avers
that the written lease under which the said defendant, Angela C. Kauf-
man, end her assigns and sub-lessees, had lawful and peaceable entry
into said above described premises, has been broken in that the said
lessee, Angela C. Kaufman, her assigns and sub-lessess have failed
to keep said premises insured against fire as provided in said lease,
and thereby said lease is forfeited by reason of the breach of said
covenant.
