in said state, as surety:
are held and firmly bound unto the STATE OF MAINE in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), lawful money
of the United States, for which payment. well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents

Hancock
under the provisions of Chapter 301, of the Public Laws of 1934,
of the State of Maine, and acts additional thereto and amendatory thereof. and Rules and Regulations pursuant thereto;
NOW THEREFORE. the condition of this obligation is such that if upon and after the issuance of such license the
above bounden principal shall fully and faithfully observe the provisions of all the laws of the STATE OF MAINE and the
rules and regulations promulgated by the State Liquor Commission relating to spirituous and vinous liquors, then this
obligation shall be void; otherwise it shall remain in full force, virtue and effect.
And the obligors, jointly and severally, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns,
do
agree with the State of Maine that upon violation of said Chapter 301, of the Public Laws of 1934, or of any laws of
the STATE OF MAINE and the rules and regulations promulgated by the State Liquor Commission relating to spirituous
and vinous liquors and upon the revocation of the license aforesaid for any such violation during the continuance of said
license the penal sum of this bond shall be due and payable.
Subject, however, to the following conditions:
The aggregate liability of the Surety (Sureties) on account of any and all defaults hereunder shall in no event exceed
the penal sum of this bond.

Unless previously cancelled. as hereinafter provided, this bond shall be in effect for the period of said license, ending
DECEMBER 31. 193 The Surety (Sureties) may, however, at any time terminate its obligation hereunder by giving
thirty (30) days written notice to said Principal and to the State Liquor Commission. in which event the liability of the
Surety (Sureties) shall, at the expiration of said thirty (30) days, cease and determine, except as to such liability of the
Principal for violation of any provision of said Chapter or said laws or Rules and Regulations pursuant thereto, or the
performance of the conditions of the said license, occurring prior to the expiration of said thirty (30) days.
No action to recover hereunder may be brought after the expiration of two (2) years from the termination of this
bond.
