Jordan Pond Carry Spur, Acadia National Park, Hancock County, ME

A short woodland connector trail built around 1960 from Bubble Rock overflow parking to Jordan Pond Carry Path. A short, steep set of stone steps built in 1974 meets log crib stepping, trail then crosses intermittent stream with stepping stones and meets Jordan Pond Carry Path at sign post. Frequent hiker confusion leads many down southern end of Carry Path as they hunt for Bubble Rock access. SB, MB, GJS
