A moderately difficult, lightly used summit path described in 1915 path guide that starts at Sluiceway and Gilley Trail intersection and climbs notch between Mansell and Bernard Mountains. Woodland and stream side path is 3-5’ wide and makes more gradual ascent than other hikes in this area, and is the most likely route of the early logging road over the mountain. Tread is soil and erosion is less substantial due to more moderate grade. DK, KJ, SB, MB
