In this interview, alumnx Vanessa Taylor, College of the Atlantic class of 2019, shares her experience of leaving Bar Harbor, Maine to return to her home country of Colombia. Taylor speaks about working to complete her OPT (Optional Practical Training) abroad, quarantining with her father in a new apartment, all while navigating emotions around being apart from her partner, friends, and family, as well as the emotional toll of the pandemic.
