Glaciers to Granite: Acadia--A Centennial Celebration Thomas Blagden at College of the Atlantic's Ethel H. Blum Gallery July 11-August 26, 2016 An exhibit of Thomas Blagden's work depicts his personal vision from years of photographing Acadia National Park, and is based on his new book Acadia National Park: A Centennial Celebration. Tom's photographs show the many moods, habitats, and subtle details that create Acadia's unique sense of place, even to those already familiar with the area. Glaciers to Granite: Acadia--A Centennial Celebration is on view July 11 to August 26, through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at COA's Ethel H. Blum Gallery. Opening reception & book signing: Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. Slide presentation & book signing: Monday, August 22, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. in COA's Thomas S. Gates, Jr. Community Center These events are co-hosted, with Friends of Acadia, free, and open to the public.
