It has been a busy year. November General Election was a record for Tremont. We 1974 1973 have a total of 729 registered voters. 426 voted at this election. The Election Clerks did a wonderful job. My thanks to them as well Appropriations 101,367.64 154,686.99 as to all the inhabitants of Tremont. Our town is growing. We still County Tax 8,878.00 7,636.00 maintain the friendly attitude toward all who come here. Some have Regional High School District 33,145.15 53,646.64 joined us as active officials for the town. New ideas and helping Regional High School Trustees 14,981.85 hands are always welcome. Regional Vocational 2,150.00 State Tax 64,400.00 Licensees are asked to furnish their Social Security Numbers on adult Overlay 6,561.35 8,519.84 hunting and fishing licenses.
