Food Chopper
Flat cast iron 1/8" at top of blade, tapering down to a sharp, curved blade. At center top approx. 1" stem continues straight up to round handle, growing thicker and narrower as it goes. From 1" by 1/8" to 1/8" by 3/8" where it enters the center of the round wooden handle. At top of handle, it protrudes through a slightly curved washer, and the stem was beaten flat to prevent it from slipping out. The handle is tapered from 1" in the center to 5/8" on each end.
